Board Certified Family Medicine
Dr. Snead heads the program. He has been in practice and board certified in both emergency medicine and family medicine for over 35 years. He is passionate about delivering quality medical care through a simplified system built upon a healthy patient physician relationship. He studied the concept of direct primary care for over 4 years before becoming convinced that it provides a better model for healthcare in the US.
He is involved in his local church, enjoys cycling, hiking, and being with his wife Trixie, three children and their families.
Jennifer Moore CRNP
Jennifer is a Family Nurse practitioner with a BS from Auburn and Master’s from UAB. She has 11 years experience in emergency medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, and family practice. She is married, 2 children, 2 dogs and enjoys writing, watching sports, music, and traveling with family.
